An independent panel of judges consisting of university journalism instructors has prepared a list of finalists for the 10th annual FSWA Awards. The FSWA will announce the winners at the 2014 FSTA Winter Conference in Las Vegas on January 16.
Two-time Football Writer of the Year Ladd Biro is up for the award again, along with Dave Richard and Andy Behrens. Finalists for Baseball Writer of the Year include Jason Collette, Richard Migliorisi and Eno Sarris. Rotowire has the most site nods with 15; Jesse Pantuosco of The Sports Network has the most individual nods (three).
